Welcome to the Birds of Glory Store. By purchasing or interacting with our Tennis Ball Plant Holders, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Purpose of Purchase

All Tennis Ball Plant Holders are sold as part of a fundraising effort to support Birds of Glory, an initiative focused on helping veterans facing hardship access affordable housing.

Your purchase directly contributes to this mission.

2. Product Description

• Each Tennis Ball Plant Holder is a handcrafted or modified item designed to hold small plants.

• Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in appearance, size, and design may occur.

• Items are intended for decorative and light-use purposes only.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD.

• Payments may be accepted through approved platforms (e.g., website checkout, Cash App, Venmo, etc.).

• By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information.

4. Donations vs. Purchases

• Some transactions may be structured as a “Buy to Give” model.

• Payments may be considered contributions supporting the Birds of Glory mission.

• Birds of Glory is not currently a registered 501(c)(3), therefore:

  • Purchases and contributions may not be tax-deductible.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are to be picked up at the commuter lot on Gemini Way Dale City, Va 22193

• Estimated pickup times are not guaranteed.

• Birds of Glory is not responsible for delays caused by weather

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the fundraising nature of this product:

  • All sales are final.

• If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photo), and we may offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A partial refund (at our discretion)

7. Use of Product

• Tennis Ball Plant Holders are intended for:

  • Small plants

  • Decorative use

• Not intended for heavy items or unsafe modifications.

• Birds of Glory is not liable for misuse of the product.

8. Limitation of Liability

Birds of Glory shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Injuries or damages resulting from improper use of the product

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, names, and content related to Birds of Glory are owned by Birds of Glory and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

Birds of Glory reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
